Mark , a man(name never printed in the paper , but we all think we know who it was)in my area of Dansville New York was selling tractor parts over the internet , but not delivering. After enough complants from out of state victoms , an investigation was started. The man had to make restitution to all the people he has stuck. Also , this matter traveled very fast in our area , not to mention the internet. As far as E-bay goes , I had purchased one book from there. Did not have a problem.
