I have picked up White Pine Cones in Spring and put them in a large yard waste plastic bag and let them dry in the shed rafters over the summer ( use pine cones as fire starters ) By fall there are some seed in the bag. Let them dry over winter and plant in spring. Usually get a few to sprout in about two years. It may be easier to buy seedlings from your state nursery,
