The main thing to do is---when I give my address to ANY body, I tell the DO NOT SELL, TRADE, or GIVE my identity to anyone!
This has slowed my junk down tremendously.
Another thing I do is when I receive more then two identical mails, I mail the next one back in their S.A.S.Envelope. I also include some cardboard for a little additional weight so they can pay extra postage.
I mark through everything except my identity.
After this I don't receive any more from that sender.
