Ok Im not a doctor but I read somewhere about taking cinnamon pills if you are diabetic and it seems to work on me.Mine was jumping around and after about 3 days of cinnamon pills it straightened up.It might be high but it doesnt just jump up from 90 to 200.I just take one in the morning now and it seems to stay at a predictable level.Exercise is good too.I walk a mile or 2 in the winter and it helps a lot.Sometimes I dont feel like walking and my blood sugar will go up after a couple of days. When a person with diabetes blood sugar jumps around especially gets low is dangerous.I started going into shock before I knew I even had it.Ended up in the hospital with blood sugar over 500 almost 600.The doctor said it was the highest blood sugar he ever saw of somebody still walking around.I know it went down some before they checked it because I thought I was going to die when I was going into shock and couldnt walk over about 4 steps without stopping.
