Pretty tough to put a price on anything not knowing what it is to start with. I've paid $5 for a Chevy Vega radiator and had a Kenworth radiator knock me for $2,700. The 'they don't make them anymore' is really a hollow statment as they likely don't make them anymore because nobody needs them anymore. If somebody does need it and since you've recently bought one, probably if anyone knows what it's worth, it would be you. The statement about people not offering because they may 'offer too much' is kind of foolish like not putting a price on something for fear of selling it too cheap. Or you can be like my step father and put it in the barn and when you die, your dollarsign daughters can force everything to auction at which time your $1,200 radiator can bring $5 or $10 maybe more depending on who shows up.
