ok, so i have a farmall h that was down for like a month because when ever i started it the gas would run on high and there was no lowering it so i worked on it and then when i turned it on to see if i fixed it was still running on high but then it shut of and i couldnt get it started again, so i just came from putting new points and condenser on it and when ever i try to start the tractor it just goes rar then i let off on the starter and press it and it goes rar rar ect it has allways done this, and when i know its gonna start it goes rararararararar at a faster rate each rar, but now it wont even do that rararararar, it just goes rar and then i let go and push again it goes rar rar does anyone know what the problum is? (brand new battery)
