Please help

Hi--I'm writing this for my husband because he will not learn to operate the computer. He'll have his face stuck in the body parts of his "new" 1965 Diesel 3000 Ford for hours, but cannot figure out the computer. Please bear with me as I'm a simple messenger. He has one cylinder for power steering. There is a resorvoir-type thing under the hood with some sort of cap on it that spins but does not screw off. He does not want to force it off. He wants to check the power steering fluid. Any suggestions? Also, he has a drawbar which he attached to the arms of the 3-point deal. He said he thought he could hook the trailer up to it and it would pull nicely. Well, he hooked it up and took off but the trailer swayed back and forth along with the arms of the 3-point thing. I laughed but he saw no humor at all. What good is a drawbar? Thanks for any and all suggestions. There will be more problems with this tractor (trust me) so please bear with my mechanical ignorance. My husband loves this forum because he sees that all of you have hassles with your tractors and that others are willing to help out. Thanks. Cheryl
