You really shouldn't pull a trailor with the 3 point draw bar. Going down hill the trailor can push the 3 point arms up, as there's nothing to hold them down except the trailor tongue weight. All so, if you put a load in the back of the trailor, or the load shifts to the back, the same above thing will happen.
Be safe, use the draw bar for pulling trailors, and other heavy loads.
