Yesterday heard on the radio of a fatal accident where a man lost his trailer, it crossed the median and struck a young woman's car head on and killed her instantly.
Don't know any details yet, but money says the trailer was either on the wrong ball and/or the chains weren't hooked on or properly hooked.
