I see many posters on here that always seem to have to bad mouth or smart off about John Deere. I have owned the the tractors listed here: IH 1466, C , 140- Allis-Chalmers 185, 8010- Oliver 1655,1755- Duetz 6275, 3.5kw-Ford 6000,981- John Deere 4430,4455,2630,5010,G, 5310,3020,4020,1010. Out of all of these tractors that I have owned the ones that cost me the least: Purchase price + repairs-resale/ usage, was JOHN DEERE. Are the others bad??? Some where but most where good tractors, but on the total cost of ownership the John Deere"s have been cheaper. I know everyone can have different luck but that is mine. I also have had my wages paid by three different John Dealers in the past. I also try not to bad mouth any bodies else"s brand of choice here. SO IF YOU DON"T LIKE JOHN DEERE JUST DON"T POST ANYTHING WHEN EVER WE ARE TALKING ABOUT A JOHN DEERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
