I have a Vector go cart with a Subaru 4 stroke motor on it. Somehow the cover to the air intake got a small hole in it allowing water/dust into the intake and into the carb. The first I realized there was a problem was when it would only idle and would not accelerate when pushing the throttle. I took the carb apart and cleaned it the best I can....there was a lot of moist dust on the intake side and on the choke plate. When I put it back together, it started and idled for about 20 seconds, and it won"t start again. I have pulled the carb apart 2 more times and the same result...it will start and idle for about 20 seconds, then it will not start again...
I figure there must be dirt someplace in the carb that I cannot get cleaned out...any suggestions?
