Sounds like the lower intake gaskets, as mentioned below. To check it out, remove the oil filler cap or the pcv valve and look for milky residue on there. If it's there, you've got an internal coolant leak for sure. Make sure you use good quality gaskets for the repair and clean the surfaces well. Also, be careful with the pushrods.
