I am thinking of getting a 6 foot 3 point King Kutter finish mower to put behind my Super C. I want to use it to cut my orchard and field. I usually let the grass get about a foot tall then cut it down to 4 inches. It is good clear ground without any stumps or rocks. I am currently using a 4 foot brush hog but I want something that is as wide as the tractor. I don't think my Super C will handle a 6 foot brush hog or lift it for that matter. Plus the swing radius of a 6 foot brush hog is a lot. I think the finish mower will do a nicer looking job. Do any of you guys have any experience using one of these mowers in somewhat tall grass? The advertising says for finish mowing only. Thanks for the help.
