Although it is 35 years since IH finished and nearly 40 years since I worked at main IH dealer here in Mid Wales UK and after watching promotional Videos from the 70's on u tube I would like to know What went wrong with a huge manufacturer of tractors and machinery that had been going for over a hundred years I know my boss made a lot of money by inventing Warranty claims and probably many other dealers as well but did this lead to downfall at IH?
