Am wondering about all this camera on the police going on. Say they make a traffic stop (you) and you are taping the whole thing can they ask you to shut it off, can they take the devise, is it legal? What about if a warden or sheriff comes to question you? What about taping them while they are doing say a warrant or an arrest down the street. I had one (no camera). Went to local store got a some lunch it was noon so I sat in my truck in the yard and had lunch. A dot officer pulled a log truck over and into the parking lot to weigh him. Right long side of me and I watched it all and chewed on my sandwich. The statie was kind of nervous and kept looking at me ( I was only feet away) he was very polite to the trucker and that was that. Truck was not over weight!!! But he sure didn't like being watched. Probably thought I had a cell cam??
